Jenny for Model Number Kenmore Series 80 washer I ordered a direct drive pump for my washer from you (Part #3363394) and replaced it last night after watching your installation video. It looked fairly straight-forward and I was able to get the old one off, replace the new one and put the washer back together. However, when I started a small load to see if it would leak like the old one did (reason for replacing), once the washer filled with water and started agitating, there was a noise that I have never had before (especially louder when I use the "heavy-duty" agitation instead of "normal"). I don't know what I could've installed improperly as all I touched was the drive pump. Any ideas? Thanks!
