Maria E My washer doesn't drain the water. It stops after the wash is done but it does not rinse or drain the water.
Answer Hello Maria, You will want to make sure that there is nothing clogged in the drain pump that would cause the motor to not turn and allow unit to spin. If this checks ok then leave pump off motor and see if the unit will spin with pump off. If there is no noise at all you will want to also do a continuity check of the lid switch to make sure that it has continuity when lid is closed. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
