Jennifer for Model Number Whirlpool -Serial number LSW9700PQ1 I washed a medium size load today, The washer was acting 100% normal. It got to the last spin cycle and it stopped working suddenly and the water never drained. I tried turning the knobs to try different setting and when I pull out on the knob for the washer to come on, all I heard is a humming noise, when I open the lip, The humming stops and I do hear the click while opening the lid. So i'm pretty sure that its not the lid switch (?) I'm kinda thinking its something to do with the pump but I need some pro advise to make sure im thinking in the right direction before ordering parts. At the moment, It won't do anything at all but you can hear the motor trying to come on. Please HELP!
