Dave for Model Number SAWS800MQ0 Wife washed load of rugs and may have had small rocks. Machine has grinding sound now. Sometimes clothes are quite wet after spin. I assume needs new pump. How do I remove control pannel to get in the unit? Dave
Answer Hello Dave. There are two screws on the back of the endcaps. You will need to remove these screws, and pull forward, and flip the control banel backward, to access the clips holding the cabinet to the frame. Hope this helps. Read More...
