Tina for Model Number PAV2360AWW My MAYTAG PAV2360AWW starts leaking as soon as it starts to fill with water. I propped it up on 5" wood blocks. Noticed water dripping from a part at the very bottom where 2 black hoses are connected. One of the hoses drains into the sink. Based on your website specs could the problem be: 1) The Washer Drain Pump or 2)The Drain Pump Assembly? Is it simple enough to replace for a non-repair person to do?
Answer Tina, the pump that is necessary depends on the series that your unit falls in. The 16 and 19 series drain pump is part number WP35-6780 and the 10 series is part number WP35-6465.
