Randy for Model Number KUDP01iLBSO I replaced the circuit board as you recommended and I'm still having the same problem. The dishwasher will work and drain fine using other cycles. When I use the Normal cycle, it doesn't drain the water out. Why would the drain pump work in other cycles and not the normal cycle? If the pump was bad it wouldn't work with any of the cycles correct?
Answer Hello Randy. The only way the pump would not work in the normal cycle only, is the board is not sending power to the pump during that cycle. If you replaced the board, then you will need to test and see if the board is sending power to the pump during the normal cycle. If so, and the pump is not running, you will need to change the pump.
