Dill September 14, 2019 for Model Number KUDP01ILBL5 Dishwasher does not drain after cycle. After completion of a cycle, there is murky colored water in the bottom of the pan. If I push the cancel button the washer will drain. It’s not totally consistent, so sometimes we have to hit cancel again. If I run a rinse only cycle, the washer drains properly. There is also a rattling sound during the drain cycles.

The above model # is from the tag located on the dishwasher door. Other numbers also include the Stock # 73302, Type # 280-0 and the Ser # FP2701399. I can post/send a pic of the label if need be. Might it be because we’re in Canada that the model # is wonky? I've searched through your site and found what I think we need but every time I do the appliance compatibility tool it tells me that the part I have found will not work for the Kenmore. I am looking at your part AP6010255 which is made by Whirlpool. Will it work? Thx!

Rick May 30, 2017 for Model Number Whirlpool GU1500XTKQ0 At end of dishwasher wash cycle (if opened during drying cycle), finding visible soap bubbles and small amount of water left inside bottom of unit. Tried using dishwasher cleaning pod from Lowes and old trick of "Tang" running with empty unit to clean - no luck. Checked the filters and chopper and they are clear, so no food residue or grease clogging the drains. Still have leftover bubbles and some dishes at bottom have some soap residue. Suggestions?

Rick April 13, 2017 for Model Number kitchenaid kudpo1flss1 Water will not drain from bottom of tub. I cleaned the drain line out, checked the check valve, replaced the drain pump and cleaned everything out. When the pump runs it looks like it is pushing water back in the tub. Only a small amount of water comes out the drain hose when it pumping.

The pump seems to run regardless of to which terminal the connectors are attached. Is there a specific polarity? The pump terminals are labelled "N" and "L", but the leads are not labelled.
