Greg for Model Number WTW6800WW1 I just replaced the bearings and seal. I used the much needed tool kit. I am down to installing the rotor and it goes on easily with the help of the magnets. When I attempt to install the rotor bolt it seems to not be long enough. I have all the shaft spacer and bearings in place. The nut for the shaft is on and pretty snug. The shaft turns pretty easily. The threads on the nut appear to be only 1/8-1/4 from threading into the shaft. Can you shed any light on what is incorrect? Thank You!
Answer Hello Greg, the shaft is one standard size so is the rotor bolt, if you are coming up short, recheck the kit install, you may need to tap the driveshaft from the top as per the video to get it correctly positioned. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, September 9, 2019
