Richard B for Model Number CSF20EBU There are two pans that pull out at the bottom of the bottom of the refrigerator. They both use the same square aluminum grab bars. It should have plastic end caps. The end caps have gone missing allowing the metal to make contact with the sides of the unit. This is scratching the finish when the drawers are moved in and out. I cannot find replacement end caps in the diagrams. Please advise.
