Rockinrobin for Model Number NTW4500VQ1 The basket is leaning toward the front corner and vibrates/shakes during spin. Therefore, would the counter balance spring cause this issue or another suspension spring?
Answer Hello Rockinrobin, its possible the counterbalance spring 285901 is worn however there are several other springs that keep the washer tub centered. Also there are slide pads on the suspension plate and base that help keep tub upright. You would need to visually check the pads and springs for wear. Read More...
