Kevin N. for Model Number KSM 90 kitchenaid stand mixer The mixer will not shut off. It just keeps running at a slow speed. Is it the on/off switch or can it be a broken spring? What are your thoughts?
Answer Hi. ON/OFF switch not correctly adjusted with the switch control link. Check the switch control link lever part # 9709278. See page # 13- L. Section and read page # 14.
