Hello Ghanem, You should tilt the machine up and remove the belt, (it's spring loaded so no tools will be necessary...only gloves so the black from the belt wear doesn't get on you). Manually turn the pump pulley which will be the small silver pulley in the right rear corner. If it makes noise, won't turn, or opposes rotation, the pump WP35-6780 will require replacement. If it seems okay, you probably have an article of clothing, (childs' underwear, sock, etc...), in the drain line before the pump or in the outer tub where the drain pump to tub hose connects to the tub.
