John for Model Number w10338679c Admiral Top Load Washer I have an Admiral Top Load Washer that is banging during the spin cycle. I removed the top assuming I would need to replace the centering springs but they do not seem to have them. Could this be the problem or does this model not use them? w10338679c
Answer Hello John, the model number you gave w10338679c is not a valid model number,if you could check it and resend it we can check if your model uses springs or not.
