Harold for Model Number 110.20022012 Washer shakes real bad in spin, I have read about the centering springs and suspension rods in your reviews. Although I haven't looked at them yet, I have another problem that maybe you have heard about. During the wash cycle, anything that has any length winds tightly around the agitator and when the spin cycle occurs, that item retains water and has to be unwound and spun again. Any ideas?
Answer Harold, the selections used in comparison to the types of laundry being washed at the time can cause this issue. However, it is also possible that the excessive vibrations can cause the washer to be out of calibration tolerances and cause this as well. The washer shaking will certainly need to be addressed, then the unit will need to be placed into a calibration mode to ensure that the washer is able to properly function within the tolerances of a calibration.
