Linda for Model Number WTW5000DW1 Does this model use tub centering springs? It does not have any & I have replaced the rods & it is still banging the tub on the side of the washer!
Answer Linda, We are not showing tub centering springs on this unit but they could be installed. It would be recommended to check to make sure that the balance ring has solution in it still and make sure that the clothes are not causing the off balance issue.
