John for Model Number WTW4900BW0 My machine does not have these currently but my tub is not centering. I saw a video that you did on YouTube and my machine looks the same and my tub is not Centering
Answer John, Your unit does not use the centering springs. Try adjusting the feet on your unit to level side to side and front to back. Also, there could be one shock that's failing, allowing the tub to pull in that direction. If adjusting the feet does not help you should try replacing the suspension. W10780044 Read More...
