Hello Rich, Test the compressor with an ohm meter. There are three terminals. Test from 1 to 2 and write down the reading. Test from 2 to 3 and write down the reading. Test from 1 to 3 and write down the results. Test from any of the three terminals to ground. To ground from any terminal should read no contact. The three test results you wrote down should be two numbers that will add together to be the third number. If any of this isn't true, the compressor has failed and the unit will require a sealed system repair. If all tests properly, the start device W11039035 has failed and will require replacement.
