Keith for Model Number MDB7749SAM1 How do you remove the Lower spray arm and Hub? I used a pair of pliers to hold the "ears" on the top of the hub and turned the spray arm to the left. It would not come off and the ears snapped off the hub. What can I now do to remove the arm and the hub.
Answer Hello Keith, You will need to replace the lower spray arm hub WPW10077898 and the lower spray arm WPW10330588 to correct the threading issue with the parts. The old ones will have to be forced to remove them and the metal of the spray arm and the plastic threads on the hub can both be damaged at this point. Read More...
