Hello Bobby. Disconnect the power. Remove the two inside screws on the back of the control panel and tilt forward. Remove wires from lid switch. Remove the screws securing the lid switch to frame. Reinstall with new lid switch in reverse order. Note: To adjust the lid switch, place a 1" block under the lid in the front. Slide the switch forward until a click is heard from the lid switch. Slowly slide the switch back until the click is heard again and hold in that location. Lock the lid switch assembly down. Hope this helps.
