Robert for Model Number kudpo1flss6 Thank you for responding to my original question (machine's buttons light, but the machine will not start-the unit will discharge water), the machine's float mechanism is working properly, but it is still not working. What would be the next step please. Does the fact that it will discharge water rule out door switches and the control panel?
Answer Hello Robert. I would test with the machine filled with water, at the point the circulation pump should be running , to see if the motor is getting power. If power is present, the circulation motor WPW10757217 has failed. If no voltage is present, the control WP8564543 has failed.It is much easier and safer to test for voltage in this instance with a voltage indicator TJMA-49858A. sure hope this helped! Read More...
