SP, The buzzing/humming sound in the rinse cycle is most likely a clogged or defective fill valve 22002294 or 22002558 (depending on serial number. This slow fill or no cold water fill, can and does distrupt the timer cycle. The no spin, could be due to an inoperative spin enable switch WP22002162, but you need to verify, that the door does lock and stays locked after the first few minutes orf the cycle. If the spin enable switch is not a "closed" circuit wwhen the door is locked, the washer will not spin.
