Holclkc for Model Number jes8850bas My element indicator light is on but the element is not working and it is not the infinite switch and the indicator light stays on all the time.....what is the problem?
Answer Hell Holclkc. If you tested the switch WPW10185286 and it is sending power to the element, then the only problem with the unit is the element.
