Daniel for Model Number KitchenAid KERA205 Hi, the light indicator is staying on all the time and after isolating the problem, it seems the switch is not properly set as off. There is no heat on the surface unit. I already changed the simmer switch that was stuck. Do you think changing the surface switch will solve?
