Don for Model Number RF361PXKQ The large rear burner on my Whirlpool range stays on high regardless of where the control knob is set. I have replaced the switch (AP3095444) twice now and still have the same problem. The first time it worked properly for about a day and a half but the second time I replaced the switch it still stayed on high. Is there another part that could cause this problem? Thank you for your help!
Answer Don, If you installed the correct infinite switch WP3149400 , You'll need to check the wiring from the infinite switch to the burner element and the element ribbon for a crossed wire or a bad sensor switch on the element assembly.
