Debbie for Model Number RF263LXTQ3 We looked up our Whirlpool stove on your website and it said we should order the Surface Unit Switch part #AP3095444 for the large burner. That's what we ordered, but you sent us the Infinite Switch part #3149400. The metal shaft for the knob is about 1/4-3/8" longer than the part we had. Were we sent the correct part? And if so, are we supposed to break off the shaft so the knob doesn't stick out farther than the rest? Thanks.
