Djc for Model Number JES9860CAS02 Vent fan will not turn on from control pad. Stove is a little over 2 years old and I have only turned the fan on about 20 times. Vent Fan is the only function on the control pad that does not work. I'm hoping that the plug to the motor is the cause. Any thoughts or experience with this problem? Thanks.
Answer Hello DJC. You will need W10314420 to order and replace on the unit if the button is bad. If the button is good, then you need to test for power to the motor.
