1 Answer Hello Danny. The oven temperature sensor is either short-circuited or doesn't have any continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Sonia J February 09, 2017 for Model Number SVE7600 B 1. The clock on the board is not working. All the buttons work fine. Can I just replace the clock. If so, do you have the clock? 2. the downdraft fan is making a grinding loud noise. Should I replace the motor?
1 Answer Sonia, The part number for the oven control board on this unit will be WP71001799. As for the downdraft motor you will want to check to make sure that there is nothing that got down inside the blower and if this checks ok then the motor would be the issue. Read More...

Djc August 05, 2015 for Model Number JES9860CAS02 Vent fan will not turn on from control pad. Stove is a little over 2 years old and I have only turned the fan on about 20 times. Vent Fan is the only function on the control pad that does not work. I'm hoping that the plug to the motor is the cause. Any thoughts or experience with this problem? Thanks.
1 Answer Hello DJC. You will need W10314420 to order and replace on the unit if the button is bad. If the button is good, then you need to test for power to the motor. If there is power there, you will need to replace the motor. Read More...
Tommy W. June 11, 2015 for Model Number SVE47600W The clock can not be set. Nothing on touch pad works. The cooling fan and oven light works all the time. I have tryed a new relay board in back of stove and remanufacterd clock. This happened when the oven went though the cleaning cycle. What is the problem? thanks tommy
1 Answer Hello Tommy, This sounds like a touchpad or ribbon cable issue since most of the time the touchpad WP71002033 is the issue when the clock cannot be set. Read More...

Dave November 13, 2014 for Model Number WW30460W I was told that "dusting" the Membrane Switch would most likely make the oven work again - what is meant by dusting - air/micro cloth and does the switch need to be removed to do so?
1 Answer Hello Dave. "Dusting" means to clean the membrane. You can try cleaning the ribbon cable on the unit, but most of the time you have to replace the membrane to repair the unit. Read More...
Russ April 12, 2014 for Model Number SVE47600W I was able to reset clock blindly after powering off at circuit breaker. Display became barely visible after oven heated up and was baking. After cooled down the display went from dim to black, but oven was usable in this condition. New symptoms developed in that now oven light and blower goes on and continues running unless I turn off circuit, and button for light and blower won't control those functions. And now some of the keypad buttons to set temp don't seem to function.. Is this situation fixable? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Russ, You will have to replace the clock WP71001799 to correct this issue. Read More...
