David, The occasional F1 error code may be due to a faulty membrane switch, but you could probably solve that issue with a little rubbing alcohol or electrical contact cleaner, on the ERC/control connector pins, and cleaning the insertion end of the key pad ribbon. The no heat situation is more likely due to a faulty relay or circuit on the relay board W10757086, located on the back of the range in the left rear lower corner, you'll need to slide the range out of the opening to access it.
