John Clarke for Model Number GY399LXUS02 CAN you recommend a good on line video to remove/replace the touchpad over lay on my Whirlpool elect.range. I have spent a day searching you tube etc. but no luck. I know what to do, but want to verify the screws location to gain access to the touch pad. thanks,John
Answer John, Unfortunately, we do not have a video for the touchpad but you would remove the screws from the panel under the control panel. Once it is removed then there will also be 2 screws one on either side that will need to be removed and then you should be able to pull the control panel. Read More...
