Armando, It won't hurt to try. Use a non residue elecric contact cleaner available from a local elecric supply, spray the contacts on the inside of the connectors on the ERC/Clock, and the connectors on the end of the membrane ribbon. Wipeoff any excess and insert the connectors back into the ERC/Clock (plug and unplug the connectors several times) make suree they are properly seated and tight, return power to the range and try to program the oven, then attempt to select the buttons you mentioned, if the problem still exists you'll need to repalce the membrane switch assembly.
