Al for Model Number GY399LXUQ04 Is it normal for some of the touch controls to just stop working. Our Convect Bake & Roast along with the 2,3,4,5 number have stopped.. Is this something I can replace without a service man. I'm usually able to fix things.
Answer Al, You will want to access the control board and check the ribbon harness to make sure that there is a good firm connection. Also check to make sure that there is no corrosion on the ribbon harness. If this checks ok, then the membrane switch is faulty and can be replaced. Read More...
