Denny, If the unit has power getting to the water valve but no water is coming in then you will want to check to make sure that the valve is not clogged. If it is not then you would need a new water valve. Also check the impeller to make sure that it is good and nothing is caught in the pump. If this checks ok then you will want to check the drain hose to make sure that it is not clogged. If this checks ok and the drain is getting voltage then the pump would need to be replaced.
