Mark for Model Number KDTE104DSS1 I run a cycle and the soap dispenser door is open but the soap is still there. I'm not sure what to do next. I've checked pressure going into the dishwasher and cleaned all lines water and drain. Any help will be appreciated
Answer Mark, Check the water fill to make sure that there is not too little water entering the unit. The water should fill just below the heater on this model. Also, check the spray arms to make sure that they are not cracked or damaged. These would be the 2 most likely causes for the soap to not dispense other than possibly having something blocking the water flow to the dispenser so make sure that larger and taller items are toward the back.
