Rick Hartoin for Model Number KDTM354DSS1 The dish washer is not cleaning the dishes. It goes through all the cycles but when I open the door the soap door is open and the pod is sitting on the bottom below the rack only slightly dissolved. I changed the turbidity sensor but it didn’t work. The dishwasher is making a little more noise than before during certain cycles and it seems to be coming from the front right side by the float switch. When I open the door after the water filling stage the water is hot like the kitchen faucet temperature, 125 degrees. But the walls and upper rack are dry. What should I try next.
Answer Rick, This unit has a diverter motor on it that is most likely not working. The diverter motor will shift the water from the bottom to the top and if it is not working then the dishes will not get clean. The part number for the motor is W10537869. Read More...
