Emily for Model Number Roper RAS8244LQ0 The washer agitates then it sounds like it is spinning but it does not drain all the water from the clothes. I have read some of the issues the others are having like I am and it sounds like I need to replace the lid switch. Can you confirm with the model I have?
Answer Hello Emily. No, it is not the lid switch if the motor runs during spin. It sounds like the drive block or the clutch on the unit is bad and will need to be replaced.
