Paul for Model Number Ken Moore trash compactor 665-13619100 When I turn the knob to start the cycle, the compactor goes through the full cycle and when completed makes a pounding noise and won't shut off until I return the knob to the off position. I was told to change the directional switch and ordered this from you and changed it. The unit still won't shut off until I turn the knob. Any other suggestions?
