Whirlpool W10439651 Drive Motor OEM Part

Replaced the motor with a direct replacement part. The wiring was not the same because the switch on the motor was different. The instructions that came with the motor were enough for me to figure out what to do.

Researched the problem and found that the motor needed to be replaced. Went to ApplianceParts Pros.com and found my replacement parts. There was also a video on how to do the replacement. Included with the motor were replacement clips to wire the new motor correctly as well as complete written instructions. It took me about 2 hours start to finish. I think this is the fourth or fifth time I ordered from AppliancePartsPros. Each time the service, parts and clarity of removal and replace has been spot on.

Watched the video on you tube. Husband took out trash compactor and found that we also needed the drive gear - we thought it was just the motor that had gone bad. Ordered the parts by the Model Number of the Kitchenaid Trash Compactor. Appliance PartsPros.com shipped the order out immediately and we received items the next day. Both parts fit perfectly and the repair was done in 2-3 hours. This saved us $700+ over buying a new KitchenaAid Trash Compactor. We're very happy!

Ordered replacement motor. Installed same.

New motor had 3 wire connections more then my old motor and instructions didn’t cover it but I made it work. New motor looked good quality and sounds strong.
