James for Model Number NFW7300WW00 When we push the start button the door locks and does nothing. Can't open the door. Have to manually undo the door from the bottom. It all started when we came down to see if the clothes were done that all the clothes were soaked. Did not finish the cycle. No water left. Then when we tried to restart just got blinking and 3 beeps but nothing would start. We saw that the detergent was gone but the softener material was still left. We unplugged it for over 15 minutes and tried to start it again, this time the door locked and would not open. Someone mentioned it may be a water inlet valve. Any ideas.
Answer James, While the water valve could be the issue with the unit, this would most likely be caused by a faulty door lock assembly.
