Jennifer for Model Number GS6NBEXL01 I have recently changed both cams on the lower refrigerator door and now the clunking sound is louder and more severe! Not sure why this is happening. When I listen and watch the cams in action as I open and close the door I can tell for sure that it is indeed those parts that are making the noise. Why would replacing those make it worse? Do I need to lubricate them perhaps?
