Adam for Model Number WED4815EW1 The timer on my dryer will not advance on it own. The dryer still runs and heats up to dry. Just the timer is not working. My question is would it just be a matter of replacing the timer to fix the problem? Thank you for your time and assistance
Answer Adam, it is very possible that the timer motor is not advancing due to failure. If you test the wiring going to the timer motor, the timer motor should be receiving 120VAC.
