Will, based on the information provided, the timer WPW10185982 would be the most likely cause of this. You may want to inspect the white/blue wire going to the timer motor from terminal T as well as the black wire on the timer motor for any breaks. If the wires check good, then the timer can be tested for 240VAC at the timer motor from the black wire to the white/blue wire with a multimeter. If there is 240VAC then this will verify that the timer is the issue. If there is not 240VAC, then you can test for 240 from terminal B to terminal X (on timed dry). If there is 240VAC at this test point, then there is a wiring issue in one of the wires going to the timer motor.
