Chuck for Model Number CED137SXQ0 Dryer will heat in auto-dry but will not heat in timed-dry. Coud it be the timer and how do I check for a bad timer?
Answer Chuck, The timer could be the issue if the contacts are not making to complete the heat circuit. To test the timer you will do a voltage test. You check from Black to Red wires on the timer.
