Hi Kevin. You may have a damaged timer contact. Check the timer for 120 VAC into the timer on terminal "C" (black wire) to chassis ground. Disconnect the wire on terminal "A" (red wire) check for 120 VAC from the terminal to chassis ground, with the dryer timer set in a heat cycle. 120 VAC on the "A" terminal, timer would be OK, and you probably have a damaged wire to the heater. No or low voltage on terminal "A" would indicate a bad timer contact. Timer part # WPW10185972. Thank You.
