Michael C Parrish , FL August 24, 2015 Appliance: Model AED7745TQ1 My dryer would only come on in the low heat cool down setting all of the other settings did not work I did a search of the model number for my dryer and looked at the troubleshooting chart on the Appliance Parts Pro website. I watched all of the how to test and repair videos for each part and took them all out and tested them. The only part I could not test (the timer) turned out to be bad. I also sent an email to the website explaining the problem and all of the testing that I did. I got an email back within a few hours confirming which part I should replace. The part came in 24 hours after I ordered it. It took about five minutes to replace it. The dryer is as good as new now. This is the third major appliance that I have repaired in the past 18 months thanks to this website.
