Seth for Model Number NED5100TQ1 The timer/selection knob has been acting like it's off lately and then today when my wife went to show me how it is acting she turned it to a couple of different slections and now nothing works. All i get when I push the start button is a loud buzz like when the the cycle is complete. Is it the timer/selection or what. I don't have tools and am not that mechanically inclined so I have no idea what to check or how.
