Hello Gretchen, You may want to check the thermistors and thermostats 279816. Check continuity and if there is no continuity then you would need to replace them. Also check the venting from the blower wheel to the outside of home for being clogged. This would cause thermistors to go out on unit. Also check for continuity through heater assembly or pull heater 279838 to make sure that there are no breaks in the coils. Make sure all this is being done with no power to unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
