Ba for Model Number 11063912100 When I set my dryer on automatic dry the timer won't move off extra dry and the the clothes stay wet. If I advance it manually past normal dry the cycle will finally complete and the clothes will dry. Do I need to replace the timer switch?
Answer Hello BA, each line after the normal dry would approximately add an additional 20 minutes to the cycle run time. Making the cycle longer than necessary, approximately 2 hours instead of 1 hour. If you are setting the timer dial too close to the start of the auto dry cycle, you could be missing the heat circuit detent causing the dryer not to heat. Try running the dryer only 1-2 lines after the normal dry setting, hope this helps! Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, June 21, 2011
