I was able to diagnose the issue and order the correct part - the timer. My husband watched the repair video online and replaced the part in about 10 minutes. We saved a lot of money. We want on line with the part-number, and watched the excellent video on replacing the timer- really helpful. The new timer arrived within 3 days and the replacement made in about 10 minutes. I also checked the timer and found a bad contact and one of the moisture sensors had broken. Our dryer is several years old and I thought the parts would be hard to find. I looked at several sites and was very happy to find AppliancePartsPros.com. Not only did they have the parts I needed, but videos and diagrams were also helpful in checking out the total dryer. The parts were in stock and delivered on time. The repair went well and now my wife is happy to have her dryer back in service.
