Chris for Model Number 11068732700 My dryer won’t start. It is getting power. When I press the start button, I hear a whirling sound coming from the dryer timer and I can see something moving through a hole in the back of the timer. I assume the start button is okay since the timer is reacting. Does the timer sound like the suspect or are other components that could be cause the symptoms. Thank you.
Answer Chris, thanks for the question. You will need to check and ensure you have 240VAC to the unit. This issue could be with the door switch, belt switch, or thermal fuse, all of which can be checked with a multimeter using the tech sheet packaged with the dryer. Read More...
