Kristina for Model Number LGR6620PQ0 At first our unit wouldn't work on the the energy efficient side, the dial never moved. Then, the unit wouldn't start but ended up starting again. Now, the unit isn't generating heat whatsoever and after running it for a while and opening it to see if it was creating heat, there is a distinct smell of natural gas. Would could be wrong that heat isn't being generated and we smell gas? Thanks

If the ignitor is not seated taht is would cause the problem. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, January 25, 2013
